SPA Skateparks is a full service design build contractor of modern day skateparks creating both world-class terrain for the active users, and an inviting public space for the entire community. Our staff is comprised of licensed professionals, world renowned skatepark designers, skatepark consultants, skatepark project managers and teams of specialty crewmen who have been working and growing TOGETHER at SPA on skatepark projects since 2006. From a thorough public input process, world acclaimed designs and skatepark construction techniques of the highest standard, our fully insured and bonded firm stands by to exceed every expectation. OUR HISTORY
History
SPA Skateparks’ owners Yann and Jamie Curtis, began their careers in 1999 having founded Cutting Green, a land care company, servicing over 150 residential and commercial customers. After obtaining educations from the University of Texas at Austin, the Curtis brothers established what was soon to be the longest running, nationally acclaimed, private indoor skate park in Austin called the Skatepark of Austin. From 2002 – 2006, the Skatepark of Austin promoted skateparks and skateboarding as positive, youthful, active facilities for the entire community. Established in 2006, SPA Skateparks has grown to become the trusted skatepark contractor and consultant in the Country. In 2009, CCP Shotcrete was born. CCP is a shotcrete placement contractor for below grade structural walls, culvert and tunnel linings, shoring, and architectural applications.
